Stand-up paddleboard (SUP)
Whether you want to paddle for fitness or fun (or both), paddle-boarding is a fantastic way to get out on the water. Our SUP classes focus on the footwork, paddle strokes, and safety skills necessary to safely enjoy your SUP experience.
All courses come with a properly sized SUP, paddle, leash, and inflatable or inherently bouyant life jacket (depending on the nature of the program). Check out our line-up of ACA-certified courses below.
1 HOUR LESSON, PLUS 1 HOUR PRACTICE

Find your balance in our SUP Yoga class! Participants will participate in a 1-hour yoga session on paddle-boards. Don't worry....falling from a pose is way more fun in water! READ MORE...
SUP YOGA @ THE ROCK HALL
After a brief lesson, participants will embark on a short 1-mile paddle to Lake Erie for a yoga/pilates session on the water before making the return trip. READ MORE...
